Large number of abstainers yet only a very small number against.
Unless the abstainers can be converted which I doubt, then the vote against the report is not going to get much traction and neither would pressure from members to vote out the CEO.
On that basis, you are stuck with him. If you are not happy then you always have the option of selling and moving your investment into a company that better fits your criteria.
