Sure is. Nervous / disillusioned/ impatient shareholders are being shed, replaced by new investors who obviously take a bullish view of the sp in the high 7s.

NUH has suffered from a weak and wobbly share register for too long. Far too many low-conviction holders and ST traders who want out after a few pips. High-volume churn at these slightly higher levels is unquestionably a good thing.
