I suspect most people on this thread are day traders instead of long-term investors. You are unhappy with the share price because you cannot make those few pips with your trades. Time to trade something more volatile like crypto!
If you are truly are a long term investor/shareholder in the company (like RACV), they are more interested in the long term strategic value than just where it trades today.
It's too easy to throw stones at the CEO, but I suspect most people who are throwing stones would be less capable than he is in running the company. Remember Rome wasn't built in a day!
