    Hi guys. A little help would be great. I been holding 85k units of A3d for 1.5 years now. Shoudlve, couldve didnt sell at $5 but greed got the best of me. Im not a "sophisticated" investor but im a little confused as to how it works with the offer? Am i entitled? if so, how many? I don't understand the announcement. Your help would be much appreciated.
