The Company owns and/or operates energy infrastructure asset. Its segments include Energy Infrastructure, Asset Management and Energy Investment. Energy Infrastructure segment includes wholly or majority owned pipelines, gas storage and processing assets, and power generation assets. Asset Management segment provides commercial, operating services and/or asset maintenance services to its energy investments and Australian Gas Networks Limited. Energy Investments segment includes the Company’s stakes in a number of investment entities that house energy infrastructure assets. It holds interest in various enterprises, such SEA Gas Pipeline, SEA Gas (Mortlake) Partnership, Energy Infrastructure Investments and GDI Allgas Gas Networks.More
